In May of 2006 I
had the honor of having my song "Higher Ground" premiered
by Miss USO Lynelle Johnson
on the deck of the USS Kearsarge amphibious assault ship, which
was in port for New York's 'Fleet Week', and was that evening
hosting an event for families of the ship's crew.
My sincere thanks
to Lynelle, the USO, and to all the crewmembers and their families
for the warm reception, and kind words. I look forward with great
enthusiasm to the USO's continued performance of "Higher
Ground" at home, and abroad!
